How do I check Airtel Broadband connection usage? How do I check my high speed data transfer limit? How do I find out how many GBs are left in my airtel account?

Step # 1: Login To MyAirtel

First, you need to register youreslf at http://airtel.in/

Click on My Account > Register now

You need to provide your telephone number and other information. Just follow on screen instructions to register yourself.

Step #2: Check Usage

Login at http://airtel.in/ > My Account

Once logged in click on Account Information:

Click on your Airtel DSL number.

You will get two options as follows:

Click on View Unbilled Amount to see current months data usage (information is in KB):

    @anil send a mail to CC (mail id: [email protected]) to register on your behalf and give ur id and fixed landline number. they will mail u the details within a day. It took just 2 hours for me :)

    P.S. : CC through mail is far better than through phone

    MTNL is much better than Airtel in terms of unlimited plans. Unlimited refers to no limit, whereas there is a limit in all the plans provided by Airtel. MTNL on the other hand actually provides unlimited plans at the same/lower cost and you don’t need to buy additional packs, although their customer service is not up to the mark.

    I am also quite disapointed with download. I have 10GB unlimited usage account. For last few months 10GB usage is normally consumed in 7-10 day.     No one is responsible for providing the right info to broadband customers. Since a long i m trying to get info on data usage but yet not succeed. Here is any one who can listen or guide me in this regard. Or i would give the worst service rating to airtel. So called technician are not interested in giving info.

    Sir, Frequently my frinds borrow my airtel 3g data card for downloading i want to restrict the speed wihile giving the data card to them for low bandwidth download. Is there any way to control the speed without knowing to my frinds by locking it with a password pls. find a soultion.

    Etisalat is superbly the best nerwotk in 9ja right now, I must commend them on this BB Complete package, it is the best BB plan yet in 9ja. May I console other platform smartphone users, one thing U should know is that this BB lower cost data plans are made possible by RIM not neccesarily by the nerwotk providers, so u may wish to join BB band wagon now.

    I have been using BSNL Broadband Unlimited plan for monthly Bill charges of Rs.750/- + Taxes before switching over to Airtel Broadband.
    In March 2013 I switched over to Airtel Broadband, the person who booked the connection has promised he will get me the same BSNL Bill Plan for Airtel, he also insisted me to give the Original BSNL Bill copy to activate the same plan, but it has not happened and I used to get the bill above Rs. 1100/- + Taxes each month.
    Further to inform you that when I was using the BSNL Network I was getting constant speed unlimited through out the month, but after switching over to Airtel Broadband connection I took the same unlimited Plan and I have been given up to 10 GB usage of high speed internet, after then the network speed is reduced and it is very slow.
    I am using data to chat with my children who are living abroad,
    I use to chat with them on Skype for an hour daily on a average basis.

    Every month with in 15 days I am getting an alert from Airtel that I have crossed 10 GB usage and now the speed is reduced.

    I have Zero knowledge about the Data Calculation, I am wondering whether Airtel Company taking advantage of we people to bill us more.
    To prove this how should I keep track of my usage ? Could anyone guide me ?

    Our Airtel Broadband connection is 4mbps upto 80GB and after that 512kbps, but while we cross the 80Gb after about 3 weeks according to Airtel, our router (a German AVM Fritzbox 7320) has calculated much less usage and according to that we have not crossed the 80GB during 4 weeks! I’ve complained to Airtel with a screenshot of the router figures, but there is no clarification at all, only promises that it will be resolved with a short time. Does anybody else have similar experience? Any advice how to proceed? Quite often, especially at night and on public holidays the speed is anyway terribly slow, not even reaching 100kbps!

    i our small office there are total 5 people and 3 computers. we use normal email and some basic upload and download but still we are consuming 175 gb before month end. HOW COME IT COULD BE POSSIBLE???
    I believe its Airtel fault. We changed password several times but no improvement.
    We are going to go consumer court.

    i have an 80 gb limit per cycle. both users (me and brother) work and get back late in the evening. Yet after keeping a track within 5 days 10 gb’s have gone. Passwords are changed regularly. No one else has access. ON top of that speeds pathetic. Can some one pls explain wtf is happening here?
    ON top of that i get calls for upgrading limits. I wanna know if airtel can manipulate byte consumption because they sure can do the same to the speed despite the top ups. This is about to become a decision maker to shift over to spectranet 50 mbps speed.

    I m having a plan of 1199 ₹ on fixed line with an initial speed of 4 mbps few days after when I m chckg my net speed it shows me not more than 64 kbps while it was supposed to b stable at 512 kbps after draining 15 gb .are you misguidg us or information was fake given to us

    My Broadband Connection no. 01141640608. I am using a Plan of 80 GB with 8 MBPS Speed. Airtel is giving me 50 MB Free with every billing cycle. I found its quite shocking that my whole 130 GB bundle of data is getting finished in less then 20 days. Today only, I got a mail from Airtel that 80 percent of my total data is consumed and still 4 days left. Then I tried to check that how many GB’s I am using everyday by registering to your My Account service. Its also not working. Later, I Called to 121. They said I have registered my account with some other number but there is no registered mobile number exists for my account. Can anybody explain this for me?

    Broadband connection is given by telling only download data is calculated but when Bill is formed both download and upload data is calculated in AIRTEL Broadband in Karnal Why?? When only surfing is done then upload data is shown in Bill why???

    Was using Airtel for more than 8 years. However, received a bill of Rs 2000 till 12 July, 2016. On checking with customer care was told that my internet pack of 125/GB had been exhausted on July 6, 2016 and I had been sent an alert message. Though I received none of it. As a result my internet charges, according him, had swelled to Rs 850 over and above the data pack of Rs 125/GB.
    However, Im astonished that when I do not watch videos, or read news or tune in to online radio or music how come I have consumed 1GB data. Checking mails, weather and whatsapp usage is unlikely to exhaust my 1 GM data plan.
    Besides, another customer care executive ”enlightened” me another day that besides the call plan of Rs 250, I am subscribed to another call plan of Rs 450 since 2013 and that’s the reason for the inflated bill, besides the internet charges.
    I never used to check their bills, but like a dedicated subscriber was paying all the bills as per the schedule.
    Hence, I have decided to switch my telecom operator with immediate effect, challenge the operator for an inflated bill in a consumer court.
    Besides, henceforth to be vigilant against all telecom operators who may try to fleece me.
    Guys, check your phone bills for your own good once again and make sure you are not fleeced by the guile operators.

    Dear Sir, To have information about usage, as per your “Help” link, you ask me to register. And to register I have to click on a link viz. http://airtel.in/ . Then further you ask me to click on my account.
    But when I click on http://airtel.in/ the new window does not contain any link “My Account” and “Register now”.
    The new window contains “Apply for Upgrade”.
    Please do needful. I want to see my usage.

    My Broad band has been commissioned recently. The information you sent through SMS by your “121” does not accept my SMS. The information you sent through SMS is confusing.

    Dear Sir, I am totally DISAPPOINTED on your approach towards your customers. I have Airtel post paid cell no. 9890275267 for more than 20 years. Some time back I have received a call from Airtel office. They told me that if I choose Infinity Plan of Rs.399/- p m then my bill will be reduced,Plus I will get some other benefits. Accordingly I have accepted your offer. Infact I was not made aware at that time that there will be extra charges I have o pay for 100 SMS and use of 20 GB data, which I was never interested in.

    So I was getting a monthly bill around Rs.450/- to Rs.500/- pm before this incidence, now I have received a Bill of Rs.676/- which is absolutely rediculous, since I ma using my cell phone mainly as a phone and some times send messages.

    I am sorry to say that this is a pure case of cheating and misguiding your customers without giving them clear idea of what will be the total cost of this services.

    I wish to have my original plan for use of my cell phone.

    To the AirTel Team,

    I purchased an AirTel sim card yesterday for my Gnter 4G Data Card. I don’t have a smartphone to use and use a Macbook Pro or iPad to connect to the internet. I am now trying to find a way to keep track of my daily usage, but so far the only method I can find is by entering a smartphone number. Is there any way to track my daily usage and how many days are left without a phone?
