@anil send a mail to CC (mail id: [email protected]) to register on your behalf and give ur id and fixed landline number. they will mail u the details within a day. It took just 2 hours for me :)
P.S. : CC through mail is far better than through phone

Here is any one who can listen or guide me in this regard. Or i would give the worst service rating to airtel. So called technician are not interested in giving info.

Etisalat is superbly the best nerwotk in 9ja right now, I must commend them on this BB Complete package, it is the best BB plan yet in 9ja. I have been using BSNL Broadband Unlimited plan for monthly Bill charges of Rs.750/- + Taxes before switching over to Airtel Broadband.
In March 2013 I switched over to Airtel Broadband, the person who booked the connection has promised he will get me the same BSNL Bill Plan for Airtel, he also insisted me to give the Original BSNL Bill copy to activate the same plan, but it has not happened and I used to get the bill above Rs. 1100/- + Taxes each month.
Further to inform you that when I was using the BSNL Network I was getting constant speed unlimited through out the month, but after switching over to Airtel Broadband connection I took the same unlimited Plan and I have been given up to 10 GB usage of high speed internet, after then the network speed is reduced and it is very slow.
I am using data to chat with my children who are living abroad,
I use to chat with them on Skype for an hour daily on a average basis.
Every month with in 15 days I am getting an alert from Airtel that I have crossed 10 GB usage and now the speed is reduced.
I have Zero knowledge about the Data Calculation, I am wondering whether Airtel Company taking advantage of we people to bill us more.

Our Airtel Broadband connection is 4mbps upto 80GB and after that 512kbps, but while we cross the 80Gb after about 3 weeks according to Airtel, our router (a German AVM Fritzbox 7320) has calculated much less usage and according to that we have not crossed the 80GB during 4 weeks! I’ve complained to Airtel with a screenshot of the router figures, but there is no clarification at all, only promises that it will be resolved with a short time. Does anybody else have similar experience? Any advice how to proceed? Quite often, especially at night and on public holidays the speed is anyway terribly slow, not even reaching 100kbps!

Was using Airtel for more than 8 years. However, received a bill of Rs 2000 till 12 July, 2016. On checking with customer care was told that my internet pack of 125/GB had been exhausted on July 6, 2016 and I had been sent an alert message. Though I received none of it. As a result my internet charges, according him, had swelled to Rs 850 over and above the data pack of Rs 125/GB.
However, Im astonished that when I do not watch videos, or read news or tune in to online radio or music how come I have consumed 1GB data. Checking mails, weather and whatsapp usage is unlikely to exhaust my 1 GM data plan.
Besides, another customer care executive ”enlightened” me another day that besides the call plan of Rs 250, I am subscribed to another call plan of Rs 450 since 2013 and that’s the reason for the inflated bill, besides the internet charges.
I never used to check their bills, but like a dedicated subscriber was paying all the bills as per the schedule.
Hence, I have decided to switch my telecom operator with immediate effect, challenge the operator for an inflated bill in a consumer court.
Besides, henceforth to be vigilant against all telecom operators who may try to fleece me.
Guys, check your phone bills for your own good once again and make sure you are not fleeced by the guile operators.

Dear Sir, I am totally DISAPPOINTED on your approach towards your customers. I have Airtel post paid cell no. 9890275267 for more than 20 years. Some time back I have received a call from Airtel office. They told me that if I choose Infinity Plan of Rs.399/- p m then my bill will be reduced,Plus I will get some other benefits. Accordingly I have accepted your offer. Infact I was not made aware at that time that there will be extra charges I have o pay for 100 SMS and use of 20 GB data, which I was never interested in.
So I was getting a monthly bill around Rs.450/- to Rs.500/- pm before this incidence, now I have received a Bill of Rs.676/- which is absolutely rediculous, since I ma using my cell phone mainly as a phone and some times send messages.
I am sorry to say that this is a pure case of cheating and misguiding your customers without giving them clear idea of what will be the total cost of this services.
