Step # 1: Login To MyAirtel

First, you need to register youreslf at http://airtel.in/

Click on My Account > Register now

You need to provide your telephone number and other information. Just follow on screen instructions to register yourself.

Step #2: Check Usage

Login at http://airtel.in/ > My Account

Once logged in click on Account Information:

Click on your Airtel DSL number.

You will get two options as follows:

Click on View Unbilled Amount to see current months data usage (information is in KB):

    No one is ready to clear the doubt of mine from the airtel.
    I want to know, how much i am using. The airtel is simply trying to convert me to the higher plan alone. No proper response from any one.

      2.click on first tab (your dsl number) below mobile tab.
      3.you will get all the details of consumed and avaiilable data.. you can also see more details after click on “To get details of this Unbilled usage click here” on same page

    I have a problem that whenever i enter amount in smartbytes, follow all steps of verification and submit it; The page reload. And I see there is no change in my balance quota of bytes which i just purchased.

      it means that u will get 3g or 4g speed till u have used 8 gb ,after that it will reduce to 2g

    Our Airtel Broadband connection is 4mbps upto 80GB and after that 512kbps, but while we cross the 80Gb after about 3 weeks according to Airtel, our router (a German AVM Fritzbox 7320) has calculated much less usage and according to that we have not crossed the 80GB during 4 weeks! I’ve complained to Airtel with a screenshot of the router figures, but there is no clarification at all, only promises that it will be resolved with a short time. Does anybody else have similar experience? Any advice how to proceed? Quite often, especially at night and on public holidays the speed is anyway terribly slow, not even reaching 100kbps!

      I am having similar issues.Am not downloading any heavy data(Movies,Video browsing) etc and still my data is getiing consumed in 10 days.I have an 8 Mbps connection with a 80Gb limit.This has happened in the last two billing cycles that is since June 25 2015.

        I have the same issue .. They say i have consumed 60GB in weeks time .. although I don’t even download movies or see youtube.. I am literally fighting with them.. finally I found out an issues in their data usage calculation.. They don’t have an answer..

    i our small office there are total 5 people and 3 computers. we use normal email and some basic upload and download but still we are consuming 175 gb before month end. HOW COME IT COULD BE POSSIBLE???
    I believe its Airtel fault. We changed password several times but no improvement.
    We are going to go consumer court.

    i have an 80 gb limit per cycle. both users (me and brother) work and get back late in the evening. Yet after keeping a track within 5 days 10 gb’s have gone. Passwords are changed regularly. No one else has access. ON top of that speeds pathetic. Can some one pls explain wtf is happening here?
    ON top of that i get calls for upgrading limits. I wanna know if airtel can manipulate byte consumption because they sure can do the same to the speed despite the top ups. This is about to become a decision maker to shift over to spectranet 50 mbps speed.

    I have 4MBPS connetion. My download speed is good its near to 4Mbps but Upload speed is very less its .31Mbps to .40Mbps.

    My Broadband Connection no. 01141640608. I am using a Plan of 80 GB with 8 MBPS Speed. Airtel is giving me 50 MB Free with every billing cycle. I found its quite shocking that my whole 130 GB bundle of data is getting finished in less then 20 days. Today only, I got a mail from Airtel that 80 percent of my total data is consumed and still 4 days left. Then I tried to check that how many GB’s I am using everyday by registering to your My Account service. Its also not working. Later, I Called to 121. They said I have registered my account with some other number but there is no registered mobile number exists for my account. Can anybody explain this for me?

      Dear Amit Sharma,
      80GB + 50MB makes 80.50GB. It doesn’t make 130GB.
